Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation on email. You will recieve another notification when your order has been shipped. It may take from 5 to 14 days from shipping the item until it will be delivered, depending on where it is shipped to.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. all purchases over 1500 NOK will have free shipping.
In store pickups/click and collect
Free local delivery are available within Lofoten.
Deliveries are made from 0800-1600/ 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival.
You can skip any shipping fees with free local pickup in our location in Henningsvær. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for you to pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pick up hour are from 0800-1800/8AM-6PM from monday to friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your item.
International shipping
We offer international shipping for an additional cost.
At this time we do not ship to:
- Ukraine
- Belarus
- Russia
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to importduties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kine's Art Adventure are not responisble for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Checking the status of your order
When your order has been shipped, you will recieve an email notification from ud which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Pleas allow 48 hours for the tracking information to becom available.
If you haven't recieved your order within 14 days of recieving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kine.sandtroen@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at kine.sandtroen@gmail.com, with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We adress these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
